Market Vendor Information...

VENDOR BOOTHS:  The Market provides approx 10’x10’ booth spaces. Vendors may secure Double Booth Spaces for an additional charge. Vendors are responsible for bringing their booth equipment & supplies including: tents or canopies, tables, chairs, and Proper weights to secure Tent & Items. White or Khaki colored tents are HIGHLY PREFERRED for uniformity of the market. 

VENDOR SPACES: Regular Market Vendors will be assigned a permanent booth location for the duration of the Lantana Summer Twilight Season.  The Market Operator Will Assign Spaces to Guest Vendors by Wednesday of each Market Week. Vendors receive a Weekly Email Communication with Booth Assignments for that week no later than Friday by 10am. 

VENDOR PLACEMENT:  Those who commit to the entire Summer Session, will be given priority placement. The Market Operator reserves the right to assign the space to another vendor if Vendor is absent without notice before 30 Minutes to Market Opening.


POWER/ELECTRICITY: Vendors requiring access to electric services will need to coordinate with Market Manager ahead of Market Day.  There is Only LIMITED Electrical Access and it is available to select vendors on a case by case basis. Use of Generators is permitted provided vendor utilizes noise reduction  

VENDOR SET-UP & PARKING: Vendors must be on site to set up no later than 30 Minutes Prior to Market Start Time. All vehicles must be moved out of the Market area no later than 15 Minutes prior to Market. Please park in vendor designated areas. You must not leave your booth unattended for long periods of time. Vendors must clearly display applicable licenses. Vendors must keep displays up until end of market. All displays and vehicles must be removed from vendor parking area by 11:30pm.

2021 TWILIGHT MARKET - VENDOR FEES: Market fees for the 2021/2022 Lantana Twilight Market Season provide resources for promotion and marketing of the market.  It is the responsibility of the vendor to pay the vendor fee to the Market Manager at the designated time.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS: Vendors must sign acknowledgement form committing to follow all market Rules and Regulations. Market Manager maintains the full and exclusive right to request that all Market Rules are followed. The Manager shall exercise his or her sole discretion as to whether a vendor can or can not set up on designated market day. All vendors must sign a Hold Harmless agreement indemnifying the Market Manger, Market Operator, and Township of any and all liability resulting from his or her participation in the Market.
