VENDOR INFORMATION
THREE SEPARATE MARKET SESSIONS - ONE APPLICATION

VENDOR BOOTHS:  The Market provides approximate 10’x10’ booth spaces only. Vendors may secure Double Booth Spaces for an additional charge. Vendors are responsible for bringing their booth equipment & supplies including: tents or canopies, tables, chairs, and Proper weights to secure Tent & Items. 

VENDOR SPACES: Regular Market Vendors will be assigned a permanent booth location for the duration of the Market Session. The Market Operator Will Assign Spaces to Guest Vendors each week. Vendors receive a Weekly Email Communication with Booth Assignments for that week no later than Friday by 10am. 

VENDOR PLACEMENT:  Those who commit to the entire Session Session, will be given priority placement. The Market Operator reserves the right to assign the space to another vendor if Vendor is absent without notice before 30 Minutes to Market Opening.

 

POWER/ELECTRICITY: Vendors requiring access to electric services will need to coordinate with Market Manager ahead of Market Day.  There is Only LIMITED Electrical Access and it is available to select vendors on a case by case basis. Use of Generators is permitted provided vendor utilizes noise reduction 


VENDOR SET-UP & PARKING: Vendors must be on site to set up no later than 30 Minutes Prior to Market Start Time. All vehicles must be moved out of the Market area no later than 15 Minutes prior to Market. Please park in vendor designated areas.

VENDOR PARTICIPATION: You must NOT leave your booth unattended for long periods of time. Vendors must clearly display applicable licenses. Vendors must keep displays up until end of market. All displays and vehicles must be removed from vendor parking area by One Hour After Market Closes.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS: Vendors must sign acknowledgement form committing to follow all market Rules and Regulations. Market Manager maintains the full and exclusive right to request that all Market Rules are followed.

VENDOR FEES: Market fees for theEach Session provide resources for promotion and marketing of the market session.  It is the responsibility of the vendor to pay the vendor fee prior to the start of each market day. Fees For Each Session are detailed below...

  1. $100 ALL DATES  (PAID IN ADVANCE = $25/PER DAY)

  2. $30 SELECT DATES ONLY (PAID IN ADVANCE)  

  3. $45 GUEST VENDOR RATE (PAID IN ADVANCE)

December 9th, 2022 (1 Day) | Friday Night from 6PM to 9PM

 

VENDOR RATES: (Paid TO Lantana Chamber of Commerce) 

  1. $40 ONE DAY EVENT  (PAID IN ADVANCE BY NOV 1)

  2. $50 ONE DAY EVENT  (PAID IN ADVANCE / AFTER NOV 1)

VENDOR APPROVAL - The Manager shall exercise his or her sole discretion as to whether a vendor can or can not set up on designated market day.

 

LIABILITY WAIVER - All vendors must sign a Hold Harmless agreement indemnifying the Market Manger, Market Operator, and Township of any and all liability resulting from his or her participation in the Market.

**NO LEAVING EARLY. NO EXCEPTIONS**
